On : version, Learner Experience

When a learner is completing a Skillsoft course (3rd party vendor course). The content opens and the learner completes the course, however, when the user completes the course and attempts to close the course a communication error is displayed.

the following error occurs.

The Skillsoft Course Player has encountered an error while communicating with the Learning Management System. As a result, your session will now be closed.

Internal Error: AICC Error: Request:

Response: error=1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as learner
2. Locate Course
3. Start learning
4. Complete course
5. Attempt to close course
6.Error is displayed
