CX Mobile: Problems With Favorite Contacts (slowness and incorrect results) (Doc ID 2378107.1)

Goal

The customer is experiencing the following problems with the Favorites section of the CX Mobile app:


(1) the favorites section is empty, even though there are favorites (contacts)
(2) the list "My favorite accounts" shows a wrong result, these are definitely not favorite accounts
(3) the list takes a long time to come up.
