Symptoms

When attempting to import an XER file, the following error occurs:

ERROR

The import file is invalid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into PVD.
  2. Import XER.
  3. Error will be thrown.
