Realtime Matching Is Not Using the Active Configuration After Environment Refresh (Doc ID 2378364.1)

Symptoms

Realtime Matching is not using the modified active configuration.


STEPS
1. Setup new matching configuration ( eg. C2_DQ_SEED_ACCT_DUP_IDENTIFICATION ) for Organization
    Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Manage Enterprise Data Quality Matching Configurations
2. Run Rebuild Keys
3. Validate setup is enabled and using the new configuration
    Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Manage Enterprise Data Quality Matching Configurations
    1) Drill down on Name = C2_DQ_SEED_ACCT_DUP_IDENTIFICATION
    2) Click on [ Review Configuration Results ]
    3) Enter values under Match Attributes
             MasterNameForMatching_c = N_CDM_TESTUAT_03252018
             UsageForMatching_c = MASTER
    4) See expected results
4. Create Account
    Navigator > Sales > Accounts > Create Account
    1) Enter values:
             Name = N_CDM_TESTUAT_03252018
             PartyUsage = Master Party
    2) Click on [ Save and Continue ]
    3) Review Possible Duplicates and it's not using the new configuration
