Supplier Page Not Displayed Properly After Personalization (Doc ID 2378374.1)

Actual Behavior:
Personalized Supplier Pages and Published the Sandbox now Supplier page is not displayed correctly

Expected Behavior:
Expect the Supplier pages display correctly

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion applications
2. Navigate to Procurement > Suppliers
3. Create Sandbox, personalize and publish the sandbox
4. Once the sandbox is published, Supplier page is not displayed correctly.
