Error 'Server is not accessible' When Publishing a Custom Template, and 'Error generating sample data for the Print' When Trying to Download Sample Data for the Template

When trying to Publish a Custom Template the following error is displayed:
Alert - Internal error: Server is not accessible. Contact System Administrator
When generating Sample Data for the same template, the following error is displayed:
Alert - Error generating sample data for the Print
The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:
- Log into Unifier.
- Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Configuration > Custom Templates > Selected custom template > Status > Published.
- Receive the first reported alert.
- Log into the Unifier.
- Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Configuration > Custom Templates > Selected custom template > Open > Sample Data tab > Generate.
- Receive the second reported alert.
