To Dos Not Automatically Completed When Related Crew Shift Ends

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Like other To Dos in MWM, the M1-CSTOL "Crew Shift Active for Too Long" To Dos should automatically complete when the condition has been resolved. In this case, when a Crew forgets to end their Shift for an extended period and then later completes it on the MCP or the dispatcher manually completes it for them, the To Do remains open. It should be automatically completed like most other To Dos in MWM when the initial exception has been resolved. The Crew Shift Monitor batch should close out these To Dos that it created when the Shift has been Completed.
