Page Freezes When Modifying Message Template Recipients with Triggering Event: Candidate Selection Workflow Context (Doc ID 2378815.1)

When modifying a message template's Recipient to Candidates or Recruiting User, the page freezes.
It stops loading before displaying the Candidate Selection Workflow (CSW) drop downs.

  1. Go to Recruiting Admin > Message template.
  2. Access a Message template
  3. Click Edit next to the Context section.
  4. Change the Recipient to Recruiting Users.
  5. Page freezes, only Configuration and home page button is working.

Note this issue occurs only when the Triggering Event selected on the message template is Candidate Selection Workflow Context.
