Symptoms

To access an evaluation questionnaire a user receives a link similar to the one shown below from an automatic message template:
https://***.taleo.net/evalmgmt/evaluator/evaluationresponse-input.action?key=EU7KJYQCnhSYc1fZsLoRZ6jGB0K3is8DkV8m9HuE3U9lpwrthd05e4yalEN%2FD2tSulzGvv%2BWpb0Kky0aizGBbQOHAPhkFB%2B7IjfypjDMj3k%3D&request_locale=en&previewLanguage=en

Upon clicking the link the user receives the error "Email in URL does not match email in User Table!".
