Generating Correct Accounting Entries for Expenditure Items When the Actual Accounting Period Has Been Closed (Doc ID 2379009.1)

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Other Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Regarding period close process, the business have costed the accounting entries (DRAFT) in March. But the transactions belonged to the items created in the month of Feb (previous period).
Because of the draft cost accounting entries (create accounting in draft). Revenue is also getting accounted (draft) in March.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
User wanted to post to all the transactions in February.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create expenditure items dated February.
2. Close the accounting period for February.
3. Create accounting in draft mode for the above expenditure items.
4. Note that the transaction date is March.
