Symptoms
On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Global Payroll
Element calculation formula is throwing error after upgrade to Release 13 (update 17D) .
Same formula is worked before upgrade.
The following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Element calculation formula checked after after upgrade to Release 13 (update 17D);
2. Error is thrown.

1. What validation is being done:
calculating advance amount based on other element (House Rent Allowance)
2. What is the formula type:
Presuming based on description Calculation > Element Input Validation
3. Are the formula inputs ADVANCE_AMOUNT, NUMBER_OF_MONTHS required:
Yes it is required
