On : version, Capture Transactions-Approve Journals

When attempting to approve journals, the following error occurs on an approval rule that was working previously.

The Action log for the journal shows Completed with Error.

The email notification shows:
Error: The journal approval process has stopped due to a system error. Contact your help desk. (FUN-720342)


SOA server logs shows:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup an approval rule using approval group.

2. Create a Journal

3. Change the username

4. Send the Journal for approval



User names were changed and did not match the ones used in the approval group.
