IDCS - IE11 with Protected Mode on Windows 10 - Login Page Fails to Load Properly

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When IE11 with Protected Mode on Windows 10 is used, IDCS login page does not load properly.
Protected Mode is set by default to all users in company as per internal policy.
IE11 versions tested: 11.15.16299.0, 11.1797.14393.0 and 11.64.16299.0.
