Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Item Management

The Product Line field for Item is producing an error:

ERROR

"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 59, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP."



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new item
2. Select Product Line field
3. Add a Product Line and OK
