On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Accounts, Contacts
Cannot connect to WSDL
Customer is having as they can no longer register a WSDL due to a proxy issue.
ERROR
-----------------------
Cannot establish connection to access the wsdl.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. app composer -> web services -> create - > SOAP -> enter enter endpoint -> connect -> get error.
