How to achieve the following requirement: Have a field named Safety Stock Quantity in Item Specification tab in PIM, where the user will manually update it and Supply Plan must consider that value in it's calculations.

Scenario:
1.For some items we select Safety Stock Method as Non-MRP Planning in item attributes
2.Enter Safety Stock Quantity in the item attribute
3.Collect the item
4.Run the supply plan
5.The Plan should create Safety Stock per step 2.
