Rest API's for Contact Field is not updating

Customer is calling the Rest Api for Integration of Oracle CRM with IPad Application, to Sync the custom Field - "Source".
However it is not updating. For this he is using the following REST Api call:


But even the report is not showing the newly added values for the FCL.
