Per the document 'Fusion PIM - Steps To Import Items (Products) Into Fusion Applications Using Structured CSV Method (Recommended FBDI Method For non-PIM Customers (CRM, FIN, PRC)) (Doc ID 1642772.1)'
"Non-Product Hub users can use Item Import template to populate EGP tables."
However, after customer populated the egpitemsimport.zip template, loaded it, ran the Item Import process, process ends with success, but there are no records were created. Why?
