Importing Quotas Error (Doc ID 2379928.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

When attempting to import quotas,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
1.You must use the territory number to locate and fix related error records, listed in the other error files, for this record to be successfully imported.(MOT-480506)
2.The record plan de quotas 2018, 1019, FirstName.LastName@domain.com, 1002137, Dec-18 does not exist


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud Applications.
2. Go to Navigator > Territories and Quotas
3. On left hand side, select Manage Sales Quotas.
4. In Edit Sales Quotas section > Go to Action > Import > Import Sales Quotas
5. Select the compressed csv file (ZIP file) and upload. Click OK.
