Email Trigger Object Workflow On Sales Lead Product Not Firing

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When attempting to send email notification through Object workflow,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The email notification is not sent


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud Application
2. Navigate to Application Composer
3. Create an Object Workflow on Lead product with the condition provided
4. Create the email template and assign the same in the object workflow

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive any email notification..
