Searching For Partner When Adding To Opportunity Returns Same Partner Many Times

Goal
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Opportunities
When searching for a Partner to add to Opportunity we expect all results that match the criteria submitted for search to return. Instead one partner name is returned over and over in the list so it is not working correctly.
