E-mails Sent From Unifier Are Not Properly Translating Special Characters (Doc ID 2380378.1)

On Unifier : Version

Expected Result

When e-mails are sent from Unifier the special characters should be showing correctly.

Actual Result

The ampersand (&) does not display correctly in emails. E.g., when an entry has an ampersand (&) in it, such as R & B, the value shows as R $amp; B, using the HTML code for ampersand.

Business Impact

Because of this special characters are now showing correctly on e-mails sent from Unifier.
