Error: "Path not found (/users/XXXXX.XXXXX/_internals/_subscriptions/...)" When Subscribing to Agents (Doc ID 2380480.1)

Symptoms

When a user tries to subscribe to an existing agent using the following steps:

  1. Access the Catalog pane in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI)
  2. Navigate to the agent
  3. Drop-down on More and select Subscribe
NOTE:  For the Subscribe option to appear, the agent must have the box Publish Agent for subscription checked / selected on the Recipients tab.

 The user will receive the following error:
