NO Error Logs While Processing Quickpay, To Test Final Leave Disbursement (Doc ID 2380656.1)

Symptoms

Quickpay Fails with errror

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Testing the Configuration for Final Leave Disbursement.
While Running the Quickpay the the process goes in Error but no Message/Error Log are found
Created and Annual Leave Absence Element.
In Annual Leave Final Disbursement Result's Status Processing Rule, it returned UNIT indirectly to Final Leave Encashment 2 (Regular Earning Element) and then made the calculations in Fast Formula and returned l_value to Pay Value .
Terminated the Employee  and tried to run Quickpay on the termination day.
While running Quickpay Element Entry was observed for Final Leave Disbursement Element.
