Symptoms
The SLA is not taking the correct Value for Division Segment and It's taking Number 1 instead of 12
After running the Transfer to Sub ledger process successfully and once running the Create Accounting Process, the user found that SLA is picking a wrong value for the Division Segment instead of the correct one for Example:
The account should be like that 12-0000-414112-04401-000101-00-000-0 and
in the report is: 1-0000-414112-04401-000101-00-000-0
First value is not correct and the correct value is (12),
The customer is using this value in the (Department) level only and no where else.
and the Error encountered is:
The user tried to default the value in the segment rule in the SLA configuration, and It works fine but once we make the Source as (the segment Source)
It's not picking the correct value and taking always 1
