On Oracle Fusion, version, When trying to import customer data is getting errors:

Unable to retrieve error message and token information. Log a service request and reference error code HZ_IMP_INVALID_PARENT_ID and token values PARENT_TABLEID_COLUMN

Expecting to be able to import customers without errors

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Receivables
2. Go to Billing
3. Go to Customers
4. Go to Upload customer from spreadsheet
5. Import process, review the output and observed the error described appears
