Employee terminated on 5/14/17 suddenly she appeared in October Payroll although all the element entries are end dated at 5/31/17
The employee should not be processed in payroll run in October
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run October payroll.
2. Found the terminated employee processed
