ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Error when saving post

User is receiving 'Invalid Date' error whenever they attempt to make a change to a scheduled post. The date and time that have been selected are removed and user receives error requiring user to reenter information in order to schedule.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Schedule tool works without throwing error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Visit scheduled post > scroll to make changes to post or to change date/time schedule information > scheduled time is removed and user receives 'Invalid Date' error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot quickly make changes to posts without having to reset scheduled date and time.
