Oracle Sales Cloud Outlook Amount Field don't report the right value

On : version, Opportunities

Customer is receiving on outlook a report with the amount on an opportunity that it is not reflecting the real value from the application

Customer expects that column to show the real value set on opportunity or to hide that column

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to outlook
2. Open email with opty amount
3. Column of the amount shows the value zero, but if you click on it on the next page it will show the right amount.

The issue has the following business impact:
