Admin user unable to delete OIC instances due to delete option unavailable in my services UI. (Doc ID 2381031.1)

An admin user is unable to delete a service instance from my services console of OIC.
While trying to delete OIC service instance, admin user has observed that delete options is greyed out in the menu as shown below :
