Search On Text Fields Is Case Sensitive In RMS Screens (Doc ID 2381075.1)

In RMS, Searching using BRAND description is case sensitive.

Item creation select Brand search box
Brand Name = PUMA, PUMA1 Brand Description = PUMA PUMA1

1- Search for Brand Description "PUMA" --> results PUMA, PUMA1 returned.
2- Search for Brand Description "puma"--> no results returned.
3- Search for Brand Description contains "puma"--> no results returned.
4- Search for Brand Description contains "PUMA"--> results PUMA, PUMA1 returned.

Expected results: PUMA, PUMA1 should be returned in all scenarios.
Actual result: steps 2,3 no results returned.
