Error While Editing Customer Account " The date range for a child record must be within the date range for its parent record. (HZ-120150) " (Doc ID 2381106.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to update the end date to null or there is a later date
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The date range for a child record must be within the date range for its parent record. (HZ-120150)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receivables > Billing > Manage Customers
2. Query a customer account and edit the account site
3. Populate the To Date = blank
4. Error occurs

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot end date customer account sites
