Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud : How To Add External Instructors In The System When Creating Instructor Led Activity (Doc ID 2381119.1)

I need some clarifications on the functionality to add instructors when creating an Instructor Led Activity.

1. How do we add external instructors in an Instructor Led activity. By this I mean that for example if organization is calling an external instructor to give training and do now want to put his name in the system since he is not an employee of org, then how can we add his name so that he appears in the instructor field ?

2. What are the criterias a user (employee of that org) should have so that his name is listing when searching to add instructors. For example, is it necessary that the employee should have a manager assigned etc.
