Enter contract parties when using the create contract in wizard option
By using the create contract in wizard option you need to go by the train stops to select a contract template, enter the variables, answer the questions, upload document and finally review the contract. These steps are correct but we’re missing one important step which includes two functionalities. Why is the contract ‘parties’ step not included in this train stop?
a. At the contract parties tab you can determine the roles on a contract, i.e. contract manager and contract owner. For our customers we created an approvalworkflow based on these roles so these roles should always be entered on each contract. This cannot be done using this wizard.
b. At the contract parties tab you can determine the signers of a contract. This cannot be done if a contract is created using this wizard.
