Elements Processes IN Both Retropay and Regular Run After Updating Status to "Payroll Eligible" (Doc ID 2381425.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Employee was placed in ‘Suspended – No Payroll’ from ’01-October-2017’.
Hence there were blank runs for the employee in October and November where none of the elements were processed.
Modified the Assignment status to ‘Active Payroll Eligible’, retroactively as of 01-October-2017 as of and terminated the employee as of 03-NOV.
Ran retro process to pay October salary and then ran quick pay.
November payroll elements are being paid through both regular as well as retro elements for all the elements.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

November elements not to be processed in retro.
