Users Require Admin Rights To Update From 3.7.9. To 3.7.10 - Error 1730

Admin rights were required to the user in order to update from 3.7.9. to 3.7.10. Client binary deployment is done using SCCM in Per Machine install mode. Thus when add-in is receiving a new version auto update is firing, but a software installed per machine mode (with admin credentials) will require the same elevated rights on upgrade. If add-in is installed manually no issue occurs, upgrade is working fine. Uninstall and reinstall as workaround is working fine without any admin intervention.
