Error 'The system could not process your request' When Clicking "Unhide" or "Unhide All"

When in Tasks from the Home Page, when a user selects Unhide and/or Unhide All, the following error is received:
The system could not process your request.
Logging in again may help in some cases.
Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.
