Affected Items Plus Icon Becomes Unresponsive After Add / Delete (Doc ID 2381565.1)

Symptoms

 "Add" icon becomes unresponsive if a user adds an item to Engineering Change Order Affected Objects then removes the item and attempts to add another.

 STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Create new Engineering Change Order
  2. Navigate to Affected Objects
  3. Click "Select and Add" icon
  4. Search for and add any item
  5. Select the line for the item that was added
  6. Remove the item from the Change Order using the "Remove" icon
  7. Click "OK" on warning
  8. Click "Select and Add" icon again
  9. Search for any item and click the "Add" icon
  10. See UI become unresponsive
