OBIP Document delivery fails using UCM Content Server

This is the business flow for customer: They are using the bursting query report to export the report to Content server , using Account parameter. Next they are running File import to import this file from Content server into SUI using Manage File Import

Issue is that in BIP Scheduling > Output > Account > This has only 4 accounts listed.
But in File Import Export, Account is having a much longer list of Accounts.

Reason why they need this is if file is not sent to UCM with the correct Account value , then file is not available for Import in SUI. E.g. For Importing with object = Contact, system is internally looking only for files which have account value set to crm$/contact$/import$

How can we add more accounts in BIP Scheduling page?

If bursting job is run with Account value not available in the list, it fails. Diag log and error attached.
If bursting job is run with Account value available in the list, it succeeds.
If bursting job is run with no Account value , it succeeds.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a data model/BIP report with a bursting query to UCM, include PARAMETER4 for Account, use one of the values not available in UI
2. Run the schedule, the job ends in Problem status
