RF Rcv Units Not Prompting For Lot Scan After Scanning A Lot Tracked Item

When prompted for a lot, if the user scans a lot not on the shipment, the RF does not allow it (which is what is expected).
However, after accepting the message, the next time a user scans the SKU and enters quantity, they are not prompted to scan the lot again, and the system seems to behave similar to how it was before Patch for unpublished Bug 27062841 was applied (i.e., assuming which lot was received).
