Goal

User trying to use the AP Invoice Interface in order to upload invoices using the Web Service API, when user inserted the Account Segment field = XX-XXX-XXX-XXXX-XX-XXX (This account combination exists in Fusion because I selected using the application and works fine)., when I tried to include it in the interface table the following error is displayed

com.oracle.xmlns.apps.financials.payables.invoices.quickinvoices.invoiceinterfaceservice.ServiceException: JBO-27023: Failed to validate all rows in a transaction.JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[xxxxxxxxxxxxx -1 ] in InvoiceInterfaceHeaderEOJBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[xxxxxxxxxxxxx -1 ] in InvoiceInterfaceHeaderEOJBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[xxxxxxxxxxxxx ] in InvoiceInterfaceLineEOJBO-27040: Value xx-xxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxx-xx-xxx-xxx for field AccountSegment exceeds the maximum length allowed.JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[xxxxxxxxxxxxx ] in InvoiceInterfaceLineEOJBO-27040: Value xx-xxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxx-xx-xxx-xxx for field AccountSegment exceeds the maximum length allowed.JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[xxxxxxxxxxxxx ] in InvoiceInterfaceLineEOJBO-27040: Value xx-xxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxx-xx-xxx-xxx for field AccountSegment exceeds the maximum length allowed.

Why if USER insert the same value using the application (WEB) works fine, but if when tried to insert it by the web services shows the erros displayed above?
