Email Task Approval Not Working For Timesheets (Doc ID 2381683.1)

Symptoms

Timesheet Record created, and sent for email approval.
Email received, and approved the record via email.
Review of the system shows the task as pending.


STEPS to Clarify

  1. User Creates a Request on a task needing approval, system sends email to approver.
  2. Approver receives email and Approves the task request by email
  3. User accesses Unifier Notice the request still in pending status
