The customer have full time employees and seasonal employees.
While the 1095 report picks the full time employees based on 'Working Hours', how the actual hours worked for Seasonal employees can be fetched.
The customer do not have OTL in their current implementation.
How the actual hours worked by the employee will be accessed by 1095 report since it will vary every week.
