Help with a analysis that was created

Customer created a report with "Sales - CRM Customer Overview" subject area , but not all contacts for a customer show on the report
Created report with "Sales - CRM Customers and Contacts Real Time" subject area is only showing customers which have contacts.


Customer requirement is to show all customers (with or without contacts) and show all contacts on a customer
