Goal

Login In as Human Resource Specialist
Click on Document of Record (DoR)
Select the person for whom you want to add DoR
Submit the transaction for approval.

Then, when trying to query HR_DOCUMENTS_OF_RECORD table, submitted transaction is not shown.
Why isn't the pending DoR showing in the table?
