Symptoms

An Agent is configured with the following Agent Event and Restrictions 

Agent Event - ORDER STATUS - CHANGED

Event Restrictions - User

 

When Users Execute Action "Change External Status" to change the OR status CANCELLED to CANCELLED_CANCELLED , The Agent Workflow is not Triggered.
