Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud:Unable to view 'Activities' when course privacy is set to 'Secret'

Issue identified when default Access for a Specialization, Course and Offering is set as Self-Service Details View Mode : No Access. When Learning administrator assigns a specialization to a Learner who is not part of access group
Courses are not visible and required number of activity count is shown as zero even after running Schedule process.
