On : version, Opportunities

We have done the OSC-CPQ integration with SSO. Integration is working fine. We have observed the Data only importing from Opty to CPQ if the partner login credential user is the Team member of Opty.
If the Partner login id is not the Team member of Opty , Opty data is not importing to CPQ.
