Symptoms

There are several employees who are foreign workers. They work in Pennsylvania (PA), but they are not PA residents. On the calculation card, they are set up as 'non residents'.

When you enter the correct work and home address PSD codes, the payroll completes successfully, but it calculates resident taxes.

If you enter 880000 as the default PSD code, then the following error is thrown:

ERROR
-----------------------

Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship NNNNN
An error occurred when processing element {ELEM_NAME. (ETNAME=US_FEDERAL_INCOME_TAX_PROCESSOR)
Invalid Resident PSD code configured

Is there a way to apply only work taxes and no resident taxes?
