Getting 401 Authorization error when using ICS integration in PCS Process

Information in this document applies to any platform.
An Integrated Cloud Service connection is created and tested and it works fine.(in PCS)
This connection is used in this PCS process (service call) and when the instance is created and executes this service call, it fails with 401 Authorization error.
